The idea and goal is to transform shopping into a moment of discovery in an establishment with more than 2,500 references created by 200 suppliers. The products offered meet a strict charter that aims to make distribution otherwise. For example, Causses prohibits the use of nearly 150 food additives, works with the most local producers possible, is happy to discover artisans with impeccable expertise while remaining very open to various proposals at once of its producers but also of its customers and employees. It includes the only ham made in Paris rue de Charonne! In addition to being a local actor in the neighborhood by associating with events, Causses wants a real local business where it is good to shop.
