The Terror ended, under the Directory, Incredible and Wonderful - young men and women who set the tone after a period of the history of France more than fatal - launched a fashion where dissipation and extravagance were the rule. This pastry chef has revisited them in his own way with a number of variations, just like the cramics (Flemish Kramiek) which are adorable and tasty little brioche breads filled with raisins. In the radius of the Wonderful, we have eyes only for the wonderful in its classic version, but the Sans-Culotte (meringue, caramel whipped cream coated with crystallized meringue) or the Magnificent (meringue, whipped cream with praline coated with 'Almond chips and caramelized hazelnuts) have serious arguments. Like the chocolate ceramic, our favorite, which melts in the mouth and adapts perfectly to a family breakfast or a brunch with friends. Moreover, the success today is so great that the house is now also famous in France (10 points of sale in Paris but also in Nantes, Metz, Lille or Saint-Omer) and abroad (New York , London, Geneva, Brussels and Knokke).
