Signing the definitive sale and becoming property owner

The delay between signing the preliminary contract and the definitive sale contract is generally three months, a necessary period for fulfilling suspensive conditions (relating to town planning, obtaining a loan, etc.), but this may be accelerated or slowed down should the parties agree to this.
Upon the definitive sale, the buyer pays the remainder of the agreed amount (95% of the sale price). Agency fees are also paid at the time of the sale.
Throughout the process, the agency assists both seller and buyer in the various steps required (moving, home insurance, renovations, transfer of EDF, GDF contracts, etc.). Junot also offers a highly effective rental/property management service for buyers who make a rental investment.
