Rest assured that the agency does not conduct grouped visits, as the visit is a key moment allowing the future tenant to envisage themselves living in your property, or not.
Rules for an effective visit:
- It must be individual, to allow the suitability of the applicant to be ascertained in terms of your apartment's criteria. It also allows the applicant to expose their financial situation in a totally discreet, confidential manner.
- a clean, neat apartment that is as neutral as possible in terms of décor Take note that almost 30% of visits are arranged out of working hours, which is why Junot arranges visits throughout the day from 8:30 to 19:00 non-stop.
