At Junot, you have the choice between renting with the well-known Alur law to private customers or with a civil code lease to professional customers for the housing of their employees. This second alternative is a little less known, yet we know how to do it very well at Junot! You will then rent under a civil code lease, and your property will be intended for an expatriate community.
