History

1984

Creation by Martine Kuperfis of Junot Investments, a company promoting and renovating real estate in Paris and on the French Riviera.
1992

Development of Junot Investissements' business operations.
2006

Sébastien Kuperfis joins the company to organize the development. Opening of the agency of the rue Lepic in the 18th, to complete the offer of services in Montmartre and the Abbesses.
2008

Arrival of Anne Kuperfis at the Marketing and Communication department. Opening of the agency of the Monceau plain, at 110, avenue de Villiers, 17th, which also radiates on Levallois and Neuilly.
2009

Opening of the 9th district branch on rue des Martyrs.
2010

Arrival of Sébastien Bouvron to develop the rental and rental management department for all agencies.
2011

Opening of the agency of the 16th arrondissement, at the confluence of Trocadéro, Passy and La Muette.
2013

Junot Investissements moves to the Left Bank with its 6th branch.
2014

Creation of International Sales and Development.
2015

Junot Investments changes its logo and name, and becomes Junot. The group's new website is now online and the Monceau agency opened, on the Place du métro Villiers.
2017

Opening of a new agency in the Marais. Agency located at 5 rue de Brittany, and directed by Numa Privat.
2018

Opening of Neuilly & Paris 10e agencies directed by Charles Didierlaurent and Christophe Ouvrieu respectively.
2019

Opening of the Victor Hugo agency managed by Fabrice d'Halloy and opening of the Paris 7e agency managed by Linda Owens.
2020

Junot Fine Properties | Knight Frank agency led by Alison Ashby opens. Junot Fine Properties is Junot's first agency dedicated to the transaction of prestige properties for ultra-luxury clients.
2021

After several years of collaboration between 4 actors of the prestige real estate, launch of the Unio label, first luxury real estate group in Paris.
2022

Junot expands its activity in the regions with the opening of the Lille agency managed by Arthur Goerens, a real estate expert in Lille and its region for 20 years.
