Establishing an effective advertising strategy

This must be clearly established together with your estate agent depending on your objectives and constraints, and on their advice.
Depending on the property, the market and time of year, the most effective strategy could be very different: it could range from working only with the agency file with no advertising, to advertising to a greater or lesser extent on property portals, in the daily or weekly press, international press, on international websites, etc.
